Anyone else watch FLCL? As you can probably tell by my avatar, I love the show. Can't get enough even though there's only 6 episodes.

I like the animation style a lot.

So yes, I've watched the show a couple of times.

Loved it. Too expensive to buy with only 2 eps a dvd. And no, I don't do the Fooly Cooly nor the Furi Curi.

I have only two words to say about the series.

Absolute...perfection.

The animation quality was outstanding, the humor was brilliant, the story was deep (if you can pick up on the story anyway ), the action sequences were masterfully done, and the music is just plain awesome. There's just not much more that can be said about FLCL.

Plus, I love the way the action sequences for animated around the MUSIC, instead of the music being chopped and gutted just to fit in a particular sequence. I say the best example of music use comes in Episode 5. It's all about Blues Drive Monster baby.


And the pillows have become my 2nd most favorite band of all time, right behind Pink Floyd.

^^I'd buy the DVDs just for the director commentary with the subtitles.

I have FLCL OST volume two in my CD player. Such great stuff (and the drama tracks are rather interesting as well).
