What kind of camera can make quality footage with?

By quality, I mean THIS;

And not THIS;

Any suggestions?

If that's so, what do you suggest I should record with?

Webcam or camera?

a lot of people use dazzle or some recording software you can buy in a store. there may be software that's free out there somewhere, I just don't know what it is.

Is the Dazzle-thing a device that can record most things directly from the TV?

What kind of console are those each played with? ... It looks like the LOZ one is either on a television, with which you can easily set up a recording device, or as someone suggested, it's being played with an emulator on PC, in which case you can Google any kind of screen grabbing software! You can get quality software easily! But it appears the Pokémon game is on a handheld, like DS or something, in which it is not widely (if at all?) known how to screen grab. So they are using an external camcorder. It's no wonder the second video's quality fails and the first one is like HD.

Since they appear to be very different types of game consoles then they are bad comparisons. Has anybody ever made it possible to record the screen of a handheld other than Gameboy? Just curious.

Do you know some of those recording devices?
