1. Fight Club, I freaking love that movie and I think it makes some very good points.
2. The Wall
3. V for Vendetta
4. Pirates Of The Carribean 1,2 and 3, the 4th one kind of sucked
5. Lord Of The Rings 1, 2 and 3
6. Enemy At The Gates
7. The Ninth Gate
8. The Great Escape
and that is all I can think of at the moment, but I like a lot of movies.

I like SO many movies. But what I consider some of my top choices would be:

Edward Scissorhands
Full Metal Jacket
Fight Club
Music Within
Forrest Gump
Rainman
X-Men series
Charlie Bartlett
LOTR series
HP series
Narnia series
Mysterious Skin
Signs

1) Star Wars (Star Wars IV: A New Hope)

2) Inception

3) The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

4) Glory

5) The Dark Knight

6) Of Gods and Men

7) Patton

8 ) Flags of our Fathers, and Letters from Iwo Jima

9) Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back

10) Cast Away

I'd put Forrest Gump up there, but I still haven't seen it beginning to end (although I've pretty much seen the whole thing in parts).

Some of them that I can recall currently are:

- Star Wars, The Return Of The Jedi & A New Hope
- Star Trek feature film The Voyage Home
- K-Pax, The Inner Planet
- A Beautiful Mind
- Back To The Future trilogy
- Of course the 1948 film Oliver Twist (but the musical Oliver! form 1968 is also good)
- Time Machine (2002 and 1960)
- Solaris (Soderbergh remake)

Hungarian:
- "Valahol Európában" (Somewhere In Europe)
- "Tüskevár" (Fort Of Thorn)
- Vuk

Soviet (Russian):
- Stalker (Tarkovski)
- Solaris (Tarkovski)

Polish:
- Sex Mission

German:
- Das Boot (The Ship)

The SHINING (the original, not the watered-down made for TV version)

Braveheart is a close second even though it's totally historically inaccurate.

I REALLY don't believe in list favourites of stuff (I mean, it's fine for other people to do, I just don't like doing it myself) so I'll just go through everyone else's and say what I approve of. And maybe add a few more off the top of my head at the end.

Revanche is an Austrian film which I think is very good. Anything by Fassbinder. A Separation. blablablablablablabla. It would take so long to list my favourites, any sane person would probably die of boredom before finishing reading it.

Are you a Mel Gibson fan or something? I worked with him on "Edge of Darkness." The guy's a total looney.
