I'm quite looking forward to Sherlock 2, which I didn't even know about until someone mentioned it in this thread.

I don't usually stay on top of upcoming releases, but movies I'm anticipating are:

Thor
Captain America: The First Avenger
Green Lantern
Priest
Cowboys and Aliens
Transformers: Dark of the Moon
Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows

I'm sure there'll be more to add as I start seeing what's being released.

I'm only concerning myself with seeing Kung Fu Panda 2 and HPatDH pt2 in theaters (both in 3D hopefully).

I do have passes for Cars 2 but I've yet to decide whether to use them or sell them.

I'm not a huge movie fan, and there have been some bad ones of late (SuckerPunch, Thor...the upcoming X-men origins, which someone needs to be burned for) but I'm sort of looking forward to the new Pirates of the Caribbean as although I'm not a Johnny Depp fan I am a fan of Captain Jack :)

What's wrong with Thor, or the X Men?

Thor in general is a ridiculous idea for a superhero...being based on an actual god, it's very lazy and mildly offensive.

The X-men spin-off's have messed with the format too much, granted this happens with more comic-book based films and with something like X-men there are a lot of alternate stories, timeline, universes and so-on, but when they start messing THAT MUCH with the characters and story lines...what the hell's the point in calling it X-men any more? I'd put X-Men: First Class down there with Catwoman

I want to see Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, though I might wait until it comes out on DVD, because Disney didn't wait very long to release last year's films on DVD.

Speaking of Johnny Depp, I can't wait to see Dark Shadows, especially because it's going to be a Tim Burton movie! They recently just started filming it. I'm sad that it isn't going to be released until next year.

Other than that - what's wrong with them?
No seriously; I agree the X Men movies have drifted away from Marvel cannon, though they still made great films (I thought). Thor, on the other hand, is such an all time Marvel great that I can't fault anyone in being lazy in creating him. We already have tickets to see the movie this Mother's Day afternoon.

One movie that I'm really looking forward to is The Devil's Double, which comes out near the end of July. It is based on the true story of a man who was forced to be the body double of Saddam Hussein's psychopathic son Uday.

Here is the trailer:
