The episode 'Clone Cadets' serves as a prequel to the episode 'Rookies' and the episode 'ARC Trooper' is a sequel to 'Rookies'. What I want to know is, does 'Rookies take place directly after 'Clone Cadets' and does 'ARC Troopers' take place directly after 'Rookies' or are there a few episodes in between?

I wish to know because in the future once the show has ended and come on DVD, I want to watch these episodes in chronicle order along with the 6 movies and 2d clone wars series. I will not watch droids, ewoks and the holiday special with them because I have never seen them, nor do I wish too.

I've just discovered that alot of the episodes are prequels like the episode assassin in which aurra sing returns from her debut in the boba fett episodes and in that same episode ziro the hutt appears at the end in a prison cell. By that time he was already released in the last episode of season one which means the boba fett episodes had already occured. this is really getting confusing. I've discovered that there are 66 episodes so far. Could someone please write them down for me in chronilogical order and tell me why some episodes are prequels. thank you.

Being a big Star Wars nerd, I probably could. There is a space episode from the second season with this spider guy that is essentially the first episode chronologically, taking place in the space around Christophsis. Hidden Enemy is next. It'd take me a long time to get you all of them, but I'll think about it and search Wookieepedia.

Today I saw the episode from season 3 which is set after the 'Hostage' episode from season 1 where Cad Bane released Ziro the Hutt. In this episode he is killed and yet in the episode 'Assassin', which was broadcast before the episode I'm talking about now but possibly set after, he is in his prison cell possibly waiting for Bane to release him. This is so confusing and I would really love to know the order of all 66 episodes so that I may watch them in that order along with the 2D series and of course the 6 movies.

Assassin is set before Hostage Crisis.

So that means the Boba Fett trilogy is set before Assassin right. Also in the episode where we see Ahsoka in her new look where she and Padme go to see this seperatist woman who was a friend of hers I could have sworn I saw that Greedo looking Alien that Padme refered to as her uncle, who was poisoned to death. Is it him or just someone who looks like him? I believe he was wearing his clothes.
