BBBFF is a touching song indeed, and I'd imagine the first verse would speak very powerfully to most people on the spectrum.

Hey everypony! Haven't been here in a while so here's a little update. I hope to catch up on reading the posts at some point. Hope everypony enjoyed the Season 2 finale. It blew my mind and is definetly my favorite episodes with Party of One and Read it and Weep coming in close behind. Rarity and Pinkie Pie are tied for best pony, Sweetie Belle is best CMC and I must say I am rather fond of Lemon Hearts as a BP. I haven't been doing too much pony otherwise although I have subsribed to the Bronyville podcast and had a couple e-mails of mine answered on show! I also subscribe to Everfree Radio and went to the Bronycon held on January 7th (got siggys from Andrea Libman, Nicole Oliver and Ashleigh Ball plus some swag)! I also collect the figures and have @ 25 brushies and @ 40 blind bag figures plus a few larger plastics and customs.

Anyway I wanted your opinon on something. Now that Season 2 is over I want to actually contribute something and my best bet would be to do a fanfic or two. I have a few ideas for some cute episodic things but I have the nagging desire to write something that gets a few things off my chest since I am an aspie. I know that many ponyfic authors do the human/oc in a Equestria thing and have often said a few things in their work. Mine would feature a guy like me that meets a pony (probably Twilight) on Earth and they talk about their worlds. He would be an aspie of course and would tell her how much Earth and the people on it suck. She would then take him to Equestria to become a pony but there would be a clash with Princess Celestia since she knows humans are dangerous. In part this story will satisfy my fantasy to become and be with a pony (if you know what I mean). As I said though, I have many negative feelings on humanity and wanted to showcase them. Yet since I also have bipolar tendencies, I get really moody about writing at times. Some mornings I wake up gung-ho about it and bang out a chapter or two but even later on in the day something will depress me and I don't want to do anything at all. I have started a few literary works in the past only to scrap them. It haunts me almost everyday. So would doing something like this be a good idea worth my time or not? I don't want to get in trouble or offend anyone, especially in the brony community but by reading other fanfics I get so inspired! Please let me know what you think.

Best day ever!

I went to the event in Los Angeles I mentioned a couple of posts ago. First, there was the event in the movie theater where the voice actors (all except Rarity) read through the entire script of Hearth's Warming Eve in character with one of the show's writers reading the scene descriptions. Then the voice actors came down and we watched the episode on the movie theater screen. People where saying lines, then we sang the songs. It was so fun! I had a smile on my face the whole time, and I rarely smile.

Then afterwards at the Toy Art Gallery, the voice actors came to sign autographs. I had to wait in line for three hours in the sun, but it was worth it!
I got autographs from:
Tara Strong (Twilight)
Ashleigh Ball (Rainbow/Applejack)
Andrea Libman (Pinkie/Fluttershy)
Cathy Weseluck (Spike)
Meghan McCarthy (show writer)

Yay!

8) Just watched the wedding of Twilight's brother. The scenes I enjoyed so far was Celestia getting carried away by the swarm, Rarity screaming and smashing her glass slipper, the cutie crusaders screaming in Fluttershy's face, and Pinky rubbing her face against one of the galloping gala partiers' butts.

Trying to write something. It's... slow. Not used to thinking about replacing "everybody" with "everypony" and all that.

It was my aunt's birthday yesterday, so I baked her a cake and covered it in pink frosting and stuck a picture of Pinkie taped to a wooden skewer in the middle.

Is it strange that im an Aspie, yet I share the most in common with Pinkie Pie. I tend to be highly talkative, though I make constant social faux pas and lack the empathy to be able to tell when people dislike me?

Eh, I'm the same way some times. I have two modes in public, quiet and very reserved (some people find that mode a little scary) or bigger than life and open as hell.

Dude, Pinkie has zero cognitive empathy. Pinkie would be an aspie that could only exist in a world as tolerant as Ponyville.
