Steven Seagal's character (i.e. blatant self-insert Marty Stu) from On Deadly Ground. He's portrayed as a good guy and all-around badass, despite beating bar patrons to a bloody pulp, killing practically everyone at an oil refinery which he subsequently blew up, and generally being an ass. Did I mention that Seagal directed and wrote this movie, in addition to starring in it?

Cleopatra, the trapeze artist, from Todd Browning's Freaks. A shallow and avarice woman, she and the strong man connive together to take advantage of a midget with an inheritance to take his money, then kill him. She in fact holds the circus freaks in contempt. When the freaks learn the truth, their vengeance is terrible. Cleopatra end up mutilated into a freak herself.

J.K. Simmons' character, Terence Fletcher, in [i]Whiplash[i].

Sam Healy (Orange is the New Black)

Vee from season 2 of Orange is the New Black. Season finally was so satisfying.

Rita Gayheart from season 4 of American Horror Story. Pepper's sister who frames Pepper for killing Rita's baby, when Pepper was an absolute angel. Season 4 epsode 10 is one of the most heart breaking episodes I've ever seen. Rita and her husband are just plain evil.

Sherlock Holmes, Batman, Superman or any character that is portrayed as flawless.

Howard and Bernadette from the TBBT.

The protagonists in The Hangover.

The rich brunette woman in Bridesmaids.

Phantom Limb from The Venture Brothers. The Monarch aptly described him as "a humorless d*ck." Not to mention smug and arrogant.

I hate Professor Umpbridge.

I hate her because she is a vindictive c**t.

Donald Trump was funny on the apprentice, but I don't like him in this new political reality TV show he's doing. The writing is hammy and his character sucks now.

I don't remember the names of false heroes, but I can think of one brilliant villain who I despise.

And Orochimaru, Hidan and Kabuto, as well as Blackbeard, Dellinger and Bellamy.
As in movies, I can't stand Dr. Chilton at all.
I can't remember every movie I watched but there are a few more.

The Riddler (Arkhamverse)

Riddler here was extremely arrogant, especially in Arkham Knight. He refuses to believe that Batman or anyone else is smarter than him and he felt to need to repeatedly say so. So annoying.

Examples:

"How dare you brutalize me. Me! Your intellectual superior, your better?! Me, Edward Nigma, the Riddler the world's greatest EVERYTHING? You're a thug, 'detective', a bullying emblem of the arrogant notion that might makes right."

"You CHEATER! You fraud. You chancing bumbling amateur. Look what you have REDUCED me to, Batman! If you cannot simply bow down when confronted by your obvious superior then I will stoop to your pathetic, pugilistic level and MAKE you."
