I've read some articles about cartoon theories, even though most cartoon theories come off as very ridiculous. However, some theories don't come off as crazy as they actually are, such as...
Toy Story 3 is an allegory for the Holocaust.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit is an allegory for racism.
Inspector Gadget is actually the second Inspector, with Claw being the first.
Angelica from Rugrats behaves the way she does because the world of Rugrats is just an alternate universe that she unintentionally trapped herself in.
Aladdin actually takes place in a post-apocalyptic future.
The Flinstones and The Jetsons both are set in the same universe, with The Jetsons overseeing everything on Earth and making sure The Flintstones don't screw everything up.
@ OP: I too like the one from
Pinky & The Brain because if so, then Pinky would be the funniest cartoon hero ever to come onto the air since...when?
Here's some more theories that don't seem as crazy as they come off to be:
The first
Toy Story movie takes place in a household going through divorce.
In the
Toy Story sequels, Andy's Mom is revealed to be Jessie's original owner.
The kids from
The Magic School Bus are also the kids from
Captain Planet. However, the kids from
Captain Planet could also be the kids' parents from an alternate universe.
The reason why
Donald Duck has anger issues is because he has PTSD after fighting in World War II.
The reason why
Garfield {yes, that Garfield} is so fat is because he's actually skinny, stuck in a pet shop waiting for an owner, and imagining Jon and Odie.
