ok so I'm siting here watching "Mr. and Mrs. Smith", again...lol great movie imo ! ! not to mention the real love story that followed.
and I was thinking that there should be another, a follow up.

"The Smiths" ?

another one that came to mind is

"True Lies"

What other movies left a good storyline to build off of ?

Going way back, Gorky Park, one of my favorite movies. The author of the book is also one of my favorites; Martin Cruz Smith. He has written a series of novels with Arkady Renko as the main character. The second Renko novel is perhaps my favorite; Polar Star.

Not sure if this counts but, after the TV series Breaking Bad is finished, I'd like to see them do a spin-off series about Gustavo Fring, his early days in Chile, his early involvement in the drug trade, and his eventual rise to power in the US. I can't help but feel that there's a great story there, and it'd be a shame if they didn't tell it.
