Doubt i've gotten over 30 viewings for any movie since about age 7, before then there were a few things that might have exceeded 200, a "thomas the tank engine" video when I was very young, a Manchester united video, highlights of 94-95 season and an early Jackie chan movie called spiritual kung fu, though my VHS copy was called karate ghostbuster..
Nowadays though I'd be utterly unbearable if I watched anything that often. I would converse in the style of the movie, think in terms of it and relate most things to it..
Later films that got to near 30 would be pulp fiction, highlander, the warriors, terminator 2.. pfft I dunno tend to watch not more than 2 a day now.

See a movie 200 times? That's REALLY a stretch. The films I've seen the most times are:
Finding Nemo
Amadeus
Beauty & The beast
Pulp Fiction.

You know you've seen a movie a lot when you can recite everyone's line!

200 is too high for me but there are definitely movies that I've watched so many times that I've lost count.

Also when I was in high school (I guess as a coping mechanism to the bullying) I would get fixated on a certain favorite movie and watch it every day for a month and then switch to another. It was comforting.

In general though I try not to watch a movie as often as I'd like because I feel it somehow diminishes it for me in a way that I can't really explain.
