Which naruto character had the saddest life

By saddest I mean tragic, saddest most depressing. Here are the options

Kakashi
Naruto
Gaara
Neji
Haku
Kimmimmaro
Sasuke
Itachi
Nagato
Sasori
Kabuto


For me I picked all of them. They all had a sad life.

The 4th homage whom lost all he loved in one night and cursed his only child.

Yashamaru lost his life trying to "kill" his best friend and child of his late sister.

Negi's father only had one act of free will in his life and that was to end it.

Those appear to be the least sad out of all the options

Okay how so? At least all your options are alive.

Jiraiyas dead yet his life wasn't sad at all. Haikus dead. Kimmo macros dead. Itachis dead. So not all my options are alive. You want to see sad, here's sad.

Kakashi: mom died when only young. Father commits suicide in front of him. Obito is supposedly killed in front of him to save him, and he wouldn't have died had kakashi agreed to save rin earlier. Kills rin and fails to keep his promise. Obito became evil because of him. Sensei dies young. His student turns evil.

Nagato: parents killed in front of him as a boy. Lives on the streets and forced to steal food to survive. Witnessed his nation torn by war. His friend gets killed in front of him.

Itachi: is forced to wipe his clan out, including his parents, lover and friends, live like a criminal even though he was a hero, become hated by his brother in order to make him stronger, was dying of disease but endured and prolonged his life only for sasuke to kill him and become a hero, only to find out all his sacrifice was for nothing.

Itachi definitely had the saddest life.

Kakashi is living a life he wanted. He picked who he trained and any evil Sasuke does is voided by what Naruto has done. He has new friends and in most eyes surpassed his father. The hokage said it him self " All Uchiha have a great darkness in them" when Rin died no matter how Obito would become twisted.

Nagato did have a bit of a painful past but so many of the kids during the war saw their loved ones die so nothing new there. If it was

Itachi did all that of his own free will, Not forced not tricked. He was never a hero just a ninja that wanted to follow orders. The way we saw his new clan living he has far from suffered.



Hinata also would make this list. She will never live up to her family name. First half of her life her own blood wanted her death. Only person she loves not only does not know but loves someone else (a boy) died once failing to save her only love and watched in horror as her cousin dies for the same person.

Gaara wins by a mile.

in the end gaara became kazekage, general and national figure. itachi is still believed to be a terrorist by most of the world, with the exception of a few idividuals.
