These are all ones I am interested in seeing assuming the trailers for them look good and they don't release to an overwhelming number of bad reviews.

Pacific Rim is a must-see movie for me. Hell I even liked Real Steel.

I have confidence in Guillermo Del Toro to pull this one off.
