The Neverending Story-
The kid who is bullied and loves books.
Skips class to bury himself in a fantasy world.

D.A.R.R.Y.L.
The robot kid who doesn't quite get other kids. Good natured.

Mozart And The Whale - Two Aspies fall in love, and find life together challenging. Filmed in my own Spokane area.
A Serious Man - The lead character's brother, who is a mathematical genius, almost certainly has some form of high functional autism. But as this is taking place in the 1950's, his childlike quirkiness is hardly understood, and much less so is his homosexuality.
Adam - A man with Asperger's, after losing his father and his job, opens up to a young woman.
Bladerunner - The Replicants, as artificial people with little knowledge of how to express their emotions, or to even understand them, are almost certainly ready made Aspies.

Imitation Game - Alan Turing is quite obviously portrayed as a man on the spectrum, and some have debated on whether he was. Having read some material about him, he certainly, imo, seems to have been somewhere on the spectrum.

Where the Wild Things Are

- a beautiful film, based on a wonderful book. The movie expands the "world inside the head" concept brilliantly. Highly recommended :D

No one has mentioned -Adam- which is explicitly about an Aspie.

Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_(2009_film)

And please, please look at this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfJJk7i0NTk

Funny you mention WALL-E

That movie was both of my autistic children's favorite movie. They LOVE it so much.

'Similar Topics' at bottom of page points to threads on Asperger movies.

Just as Oscar winning 'Rain Man' boosted awareness on classic Autism, can it be reasoned that a future Academy Award film on Aspergers will further boost awareness on Aspergers? I can imagine such a movie/documentary featuring an Acadamey Award winner with Aspergers!
