Black Christmas.

The original seventies movie, which some consider a classic. Well, it's definitely slow, though maybe the last half hour or so makes up for it with tension and thrills. Still a helluva lot better than the Godawful remake.

both great, wish they were available on dvd

Not Only But Always

A made-for-TV movie from 2004. It deals with the career of Peter Cook and his relationship with Dudley Moore. The title is a reference to their 1960s television show Not Only But Also. This can't fail to be fascinating, given its subject matter, but I was irritated by the inaccuracies, particularly the chronological ones, and the obsession with the friction and antagonism between the two, to the complete neglect of their obvious personal and creative rapport which is evident to anyone familiar with their work.

Hustlers.

Based on fact movie about a group of ex strippers taking advantage of Wall Street dirtbags to keep up their playgirl lifestyle. Arguably one sided in where the movie makers' sympathy lies. Still, not a bad movie, with some extremely hot nekid ladies!
