OMG I know!

Olive: I'd like to dedicate this song to my grandpa, who showed me the moves.
Emcee: Aw, isn't that adorable? So where is your grandpa now, sweetie?
Olive: (referring to him being dead and taken hostage) In the trunk of our car.
Emcee: ...Okay!

God, I love that movie! :D

Finally got to see "Donnie Darko", and immediately ordered the soundtrack from Amazon!

I recently had seen the movies,"Spartan" and "Dead Silence" which are both fairly interesting despite the genres in which they fall into. There is little more to offer in the way of films overall in this post so, have a nice day.

I LOVED To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar! And the Rocky Horror Picture Show I watch at least once a year. I don't have a thing for drag, though, that I'm aware of.

The last film I watched was Pan's Labyrinth. I thought it was beautiful. I'm very into anything fantastical and the cinematography was wonderful. I watched it twice in a row.

I did just half watch 'Jungle 2 Jungle' because nothing else was on. I do enjoy the film though, it's a bit of light-hearted fun. And the idea of wearing tribal face paint and running around with a spear seems quite appealing.

I just saw Meet the Robinsons. They didn't have it in 3D though. :( I liked it a lot. It was zany, cute and touching. I liked how they wrapped it up in the end too. Step up for Disney. :)

I just saw The Hoax with Richard Gere, Alfred Molina, Marcia Gay Harden, and Stanley Tucci.
I thought it was very well done.

Snakes on a Plane. PLOT: Federal Marshal (Samuel L. Jackson) transports witness (Actor Never To Be Seen Again) from Hawaii to Los Angeles aboard a plane. However criminal boss guy (ANTBA), planes (ha, get it!... ) to stop him by putting SNAKES...ON A PLANE!

What the hell? Actually, it's better then average if corny at times film. Since disaster type films are always the latter but rarely reach the heights of the former that's saying something.

Acting is...well, it's serviceable. Directing is competent enough for this type of movie. This, I am guessing, is more of a guy film then a chick flick with some exceptions. Some will think it's AWESOME while much of the indie crowd will just hate it as standard Hollywood "to the masses" popcorn garbage.

For the record, I'm not much up on Hollywood as of late, but this is better then most recent films of it's genre. ***/****.
