Disney is your go-to company for such films in the Anglosphere. As for Russia and Japan, there are dozens of online articles and blog posts dedicated to comparing and contrasting Disney's adaptations of fairy tales with their non-English-language counterparts.

So you mean fairy tales? Not sure then, Disney definitely twists what the original fairy tales were about but not sure about other countries interpretations.
