Someone has created an interactive youtube video - I didn't know you could do that. It won't load unless you watch it on the youtube site, so here's the link to it.

I just noticed that Youtube now has a new annotations feature. Pretty cool, someone could make an interactive Youtube adventure game, or something similar.

Somebody REALLY needs to use that to make an awesome choose your own adventure film.

I'm surprised nobody's done a decent job of that with DVD's yet. It could be awesome. Think of what a success those old Goosebumps Choose Your Own Adventure books were! The only time I can think of someone doing it for a DVD was as a special feature for Final Destination 3, which was a terrible film that couldn't be saved by a CYOA feature.
