Whats up with Power Rangers?

It seems like mindless violence with terrible dialouge. Yeah I used to watch it when I was little, but I mostly watched the first series, off tapes I copied since I dont even think that was on anymore. And that was kinda decent. But this new stuff, how can kids or parents stand this? And who came up with the name "Power Rangers" what does that mean? It's like they combined two words that sound cool to a little kid and redubbed some eidited japenese monster show with stupid dialouge. And the new stuffs worse, its american made completly and from what I've seen with some of my little cousins looks even worse. Whats up with this show?

I've read that before, but what i'm really asking for is your opinion.

I know I used to watch power rangers, I have memories of it going on tv whilst being fairly young, I guess it was an influence on me, don't forget the amount of explostions and sparks that happen whenever someone gets hit or attacks. But something I noticed was that at least in Aus the latest power rangers that came out appeared to be from New Zealand instead of from America.

I couldn't stand this when Zeo started with the 3D s**t on Zordon, 3D was only good for the movie. I didn't miss it until then.

oh, yeah, who could forget those sparks and explosions that happned for no apparant reason?

Whats wrong with it!!?? There is a new season every week. Too many ruins a show.

Mighty Morphin was the ONLY good series.

Firstly, I write this as MY opinion and not to deliberately offend anyone... I personally think that power rangers is the biggest load of cheap tat I have ever seen. Poor acting, costumes that look like BBC rejects, random explosions for no reason... In fact I was watching it this morning (not intentially) in the main lounge as I typed away about how rubbish it was! Two of the support staff thought it was hilarious what I wrote, but I didn't save it...

I absolutely hate it. One episode really scared me for months.
