Glad to meet you my friends.
I have ASD and was born to feel my weird features...According to Uta Frith's book Autism and my memory, my situation is worse than Asperger's Disease, and unfortunately I have deficiency in attention. And even worse I born in an authoritarian counrty, which means that I can only get to know the problem of my brain structure by myself from my medicine textbook X(
I cannot get adult-ADHD/ASD diagnose since the Authority does not want to offer help to my kind to let such diverse gene spread. I can only get Tomoxetine and sleeping pills via the process from my job.
Maybe one day I can flee from my country to your European or American countries to get slow-release Methylphenidate treatment and SERVE my rest life as a doctor or nurse to the society which kind enough to let my kind live.
You guys all know that ASD patients have communication obstacles or emotional blindness, and that's just my situation.If I wrongly expressed something,please keep calm to offer me more time to re-express myself

If so, the current diagnosis of ADHD in adults is not that difficult.

It may be helpful to read the list of hospitals provided by "ADHD互助联盟（微信公众号）".
Shanghai Xinhua Hospital/上海新华医院 is known for diagnosing ADHD in adults.
Methylphenidate extended-release tablets/专注达 are available after an ADHD diagnosis has been made.
But unfortunately, methylphenidate extended-release tablets are only stored in psychiatric hospitals in provincial capitals. So even with a diagnosis, if you don't live in a provincial capital, it's troublesome to get the medicine. Prescribing rights by the relevant psychiatrist range from seven days to one month in doses.

The diagnosis of ASD seems to be more difficult.
But based on my personal two ADHD diagnoses and the experience of a patient I directed, an ADHD diagnosis is not difficult to obtain.
