I have 22 YO, diagnosed with OCD when I was 20, diagnosed with ASD when I was 21.

Currently I am taking pills - cloyipramine and lamotrigine
And participate on CBT Therapy

Therapy is amazing and I make a lot of progress :)

Welcome to Wrong Planet.

You mentioned CBT therapy. Many people on the forum describe themselves in the type of therapy that they experience. There are many terms and acronyms. So I looked this one up.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.

So it seems like the common word here is stress. Some people experience stress. But some people experience Stress To The Extreme. One tool that is used to decrease stress levels is Exercise. An hour a day of strenuous exercise helps in my humble opinion to reduce stress levels. Stress builds up in the human body. It grows and grows and grows until it explodes. If you can focus on exercise, it is a natural way to reduce stress levels.

Welcome to Wrong Planet! :)

Are you also epileptic? You mentioned that you are on Lamotrigine which is an anticonvulsant.

I've been on Lamotrigine and Keppra since the latter part of the 2000s.

I've been epileptic since I was 8 years old.
