I'm a 16 year old female from London, looking to find some answers. I was diagnosed with Sensory processing disorder a few months ago, but I've had it all my life, and its been really hard to deal with it lately. Further more, I was told I could have Autism, which leads me here. I don't really have a grasp on what autism really 'is', but thats what I hope to gain from my time here.
