Hello, I'm a new member

I've been diagnosed w/ some form of autism since my teens - I remember the doctor saying it seemed a bit more than what you would call Asperger's but I have little knowledge of that and have a terror of knowing too much about myself so I've never investigated further.

I am also severely obsessive compulsive. - That's obviously in some way linked to my autism in a way that eludes whatever system of mental disorder categorisation the medical professionals I've been involved with are working on.

I'm a philosophy student, and an alcoholic - although I'm devotedly trying to change the latter.
