Welcome to Wrong Planet! That is so cool about the beta testing. How did you get involved in that?

I know its tough when you're young, trust me, most of us do. Be happy you know about AS as early as you have, some of us go years without a reason for our pain(for lack of a better word). The best advice I can give you is to try your best not to be too emotional at school. It gives the others more weapons to use against you. Kids your age are like sharks in water, if they smell blood, they go after it. Also, Im not telling you that you should or have to fight, but I would seriously look into some kind of training. Get into boxing or Tae kwon do. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is another great martial art that will teach you concentration, focus and determination under adversity. You will be a lot better for it than most people your age. Also, talk to these so called friends and let them in on your world. People who know your difficulties tend to be a lil more sympathetic and understanding. Then again, it could be used against you. Its a tough decision to make, even tougher when you're so young. You need to learn that life is about goals and achieving them. Start small, like wanting to learn about something that interests you. Then go towards things that are a lil more difficult. The more you accomplish, the more you will want to learn and accomplish. I hope this helps, I like many here, didnt have the help we needed to get through school. If you keep an open mind and ears, you may learn something from us who have been there before. And lastly, dont be afraid to ask us any questions you may have. I know how hard it is to ask for help, to ask for answers, but when you come to the realization that you need help sometimes, it will become easier to ask.

Sundy: I got involved in beta testing by going to connect.microsoft.com it takes a while though for them to see your a good tester and let you beta test good things.
Emoal6: Thank you very much for the advice, I will try to use it! :D
Raph522: Nice to meet you!

Hi, Chris. :)

I'm Mary, and I'm 15. I don't really have any friends either; people just think I'm a math nerd, and that I'm too weird to be a good friend. I was just diagnosed with asperger's a few months ago.

Welcome to Wrong Planet. :)
