Back to square one for me after losing my password

Hello
I am not new but I lost my password and my old email address from my old ISP is now dedundant and no longer exists. So I was left with no other choice but to start all over again.
This time I won't forget my password. I will write it down and put it under lock and key, just in case.

That sort of thing happens to me whenever I crash, which I'm beginning to take in stride. I've been lucky with WP, I remember. But I have lost other identities and have to start over, so my heart goes out to you. I try to think of it as a fresh start.
