Thanks buddy! It looks like I'm still going to lose a little more. I've lost all the weight through sustained dietary changes, and since I've already done the work to amend my food and drink consumption habits permanently, it's a waiting game from here to see where I level out.

The first picture was taken on the 21st of August 2019, and the second picture was taken on the 1st of July 2020. I started my weight loss at 121kg on July 1st 2019, but I didn't take a before photo at that time because previous failed weight loss attempts had me sceptical of my capacity to succeed this time.

I'm not a girl but my opinion: reduce alcohol to a minimum and cut your hair that it's not as much longer then just to your shoulders. Once you dress well and become more open towards other people and act a bit more self-confident not even few girls may like you immediately. :wink:

I would prefere much smaller ones where the eyes are more just in the middle of the glass. Hers are to huge and dominant for her really nice face. May be it's just my own preference. :wink:
