Hi there, I've made a few posts but haven't introduced myself yet, wasn't to sure what to say! Might as well just get to it. My name's Shane Edward, I'm 25, and from the province of Alberta up in chilly Canada. My mum actually found this site for me, I've only ever been informally diagnosed by my doctors (Long strange story) but I enjoy the following on a day to day basis; Aspergers, Acute Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar, Chronic Insomnia, and Dissociative episodes! So trust me when I tell you I am a fun guy!
Decided to join both cause my mum really wanted me to but to also learn and share experiences and maybe meet some new people. See, I'm relatively happily employed, at a good stage of my life after setbacks that near destroyed me, and I'd like to share some of what I've been through in the hopes of maybe helping people with stepping stones to get to where they want to be, on the other hand, I have very little social experience, and what experiences I have had have not been pleasant and other than work I only go out to the gym and to the films, other than that I stay alone and sometimes go days without saying more than a dozen words, so I'm also here to learn and take what advice I can, and give back what I can for it and in the process meet some people I actually can chat with without feeling forced or like I'm tryng to hard!
Should mention that in regards to Aspergers, I embody the symptom of verbosity and tend to go on way to much, so apologies for any long posts I make! Good to be hear, thank you for having such a wonderful site with so much good infortmation!
Shane
