Hello everyone,

I was diagnosed with Asperger's a few years ago and joined the site soon after, but have had my head buried in the sand. I was staying with me parents and using them as an excuse to avoid dealing with issues and socialising, trying to ignore my diagnosis and problems.

Now I have moved out into my own flat and am stuck with myself 24 hours a day, realising now how isolated I have become over the intervening years. I'm looking to dip my toes back into the water and address some of my problems. Going to start trying to participate more and get out of the flat hopefully.

Cheers

DC

Hi welcome again.
I'm a short timer here and to be diagnosed. I'm 62 and working with younger folks help me keep younger.
