Greetings.
I'm Nathan, I'm 49, and had a late life diagnosis in my 30's.
I've always been creative and made a living out of being an illustrator before trying my hand at every other sector of the design/creative sector. Grew up in the nerd primordial soup that was the 70s/80s and have stayed a big nerd - mostly for gaming, music, and comics. I also dig anything weird, occult and that's far more interesting than the magnolia existence society wishes upon us.

Books have always been precious to me and I have a decent library of philosophy, history, occult, and comics. Over the last 20 odd years of personal development and self-discovery, my reading has gone from Western philosophy to Eastern and this informed my choice to train as a counsellor (nearly at the end of that course now) in an attempt to expand my incredibly bad interpersonal skills, as well as putting lessons from the Tao into practice. Gotta be about the experience.

Heavy metal is my favourite music, though I adore Scandinavian/Slavic/Indian/Oriental folk music, as well as Early Music and classical.

I'm quite happy to share any life lessons from my counselling studies, and years of spiralling through my own mind, should anyone think it may be useful. It is great to (virtually, and figuratively) meet you all, and glad I found this forum.

N.
