I apologize in advance if there is a sticky topic for introductions. I am at a library computer and have precious little time left. I am going to introduce myself then. My name is LonelyCat...obviously. I have been diagnosed with Aspergers, and find it really difficult to fit in really. Basically I feel so alien to everyone.

I am a science fiction/supernatural/horror/romance writer and am often in my own head, which I think annoys the heck out of everyone else. I am looking for support and maybe job placement ideas from everyone here. Maybe even some fellow writers to read my stories. PM me please if you'd like. Or email me.

I hail from San Antonio, Texas, and would like to know if there is a local Aspergers group. Anyone know of one?

Welcome LonelyCat,

I'm keen on Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror and read a fair amount - particularly horror.

I'd be interested in reading whatever you have.

I've been something of a writer myself but not in recent years. I've never finished writing a novel because I've always gotten stressed about what to do with it when I finish it.

Nowadays, I think I'd just make it into an E-Book - which means that one day, If I ever get time to myself again (family takes up too much time) I might write again.

Welcome. It's nice to see another writer. Currently I can't think of a genre that fits my writing. It's a bit of fantasy mixed with sci-fi, along with some realism, etc...

I've written and finished a quite a few novels in a series, but haven't sent them off yet. The process after seems daunting and stressful..

I make up a world of bug-like creatures and they live their own world, which is in a lot of ways like a human world, and then elements that are uniquely their own. A few characters seem to have "outside" abilities, especially my main character. There are various conflicts that erupt...

If you want to share your stories, you can pm me. I'm not much for horror, but well written sci-fi may be nice.
