I've been having issues with posting a forum signature. I made one today and posted it HTML format and for some reason, it's not showing up. Can anyone help me with it?

You hadn't enabled the "Always attach my signature" option in your profile.

I've just set that active for you so subsequent posts should now include your signature - which, by the way, can't make use of html: the documentation is somewhat outdated in that regard and only plain text and the basic WP emoticon set may be used there.
