How do I hide all the meaningless spam threads?

The content-less spam threads are completely overwhelming the "Posts since last visit" section to the point where it is hard to see any real content, or real content gets buried. I also (ashamedly) replied to a bunch of the spam threads and now I have no idea how to delete them from my "View My Posts" , so they've taken over there, too.

You mean the "Count to 10,000" type threads? You can't, sorry. The only thing you can do is maybe only visit sub-forums that interest you instead of using View Posts Since Last Visit.
