Hi, I'm fairly new here, so sorry if I missed something obvious.

I'm logged in, which should be evident from my account name hopefully attaching to this post.
If I click on "My Account", the first, default tab contains my correct info... "Greenleaf", my email, etc.

But the next tab, "My Profile", contains lots of info for a user named "Wornlight".

I don't want to make changes in case some database/software glitch is going to change the account of Wornlight, who seems to have been an existing user for around 6 years.

Can an Admin help? Very odd... Thanks!

:jester: (maybe there is a trickster spirit in the DB)

This is a common problem from what I have seen, it happened to me once and I fixed it by doing all of the following,

1. Clear all cookies and internet history
2. Power cycle computer (reset it basically)
3. Power cycle the modem, router, and any network switches in your home

Thanks for your reply, dcj123...

If that is true, there needs to be a programming fix -- it is showing me personal information for a real user, to whom I have no connection. Email, DOB, and diagnosis!

There should be no way for anyone not possessing the username/password for a user, to access this info. That's very important.

For the admin folks: I did look through the messy browser cookies; the only actual username I saw was my own. The cookie for Wordpress login has my username. There are 14 cookies total, some have just long numbers/codes, some have my username with numbers/codes. I am on a Mac, on Google Chrome.

The problem did *not* occur when I logged in to Wrongplanet via Firefox just now; the profile shows my info there.

I'll be happy to email any more helpful info to an admin who contacts me. Thanks.

Deleting "wrongplanet" cookies and restarting the browser wasn't enough.

Maybe I have an alternate personality... uh oh

This site is just creaking at the seams.
