Library science studies?

Does anyone here studying Library Science.
I'm currently on a master's degree at the University of Wroclaw, where I live.

Most of the problem makes me MARC21, I wonder whether library science students from other countries also have such problems with this damn MARC21.

don't memorize the fields.. is your teachers requiring you to memorize them?

Recently I had a course of bibliographic description of electronic documents.
My teacher require to write bibliographic description description for document that she selected for us from memory. I passed i get 3.0 which should be D in Anglo-Saxon system. But i passed :D

We haven't done anything like that yet. I'm a Library Science student too.
