I have one of those families where we make enough to not qualify for government aid but sure as hell don't make enough to send anyone to a full blown college and have every required expense covered.

Was curious if any of you have found any aid in any way, shape or form that you qualified for simply by being an Aspie. I spent the weekend down at a full blown UC campus with a friend and it's given me so much of a boost in confidence that I can actually have a quality social life and develop actual skills that I can't wait to leave my town and community college, but alas will have to wait close to a year assuming I can get into one. Only thing preventing me right now is money, hence this thread.

What major are you in? I'm going into civil engineering which gives me plenty of scholarship opportunities (as they seem to be in high demand cause nobody wants to do math.) :? :?
