Any schools for autistic kids in North Carolina?

I know a couple where I live (I live in the Piedmont Triad, BTW) but my mom said they're for mostly lower-functioning autistics, but I haven't been to one of them in a few years, so I'm not sure how they're like now.

I am sure Roger is about to ask this question and me (being a future sped teacher am also curious) any schools for older aspies and not younger auties?

southerners are so ignorant, especially when it comes to autism and anything different, you should probobly look in western or northeastern states where the people are more liberal

And, yep, you're true, I've been begging my mom to move somewhere else other than North Carolina.
