Who likes Sonic the hedgehog?


My son with AS would like to know how many people like Sonic!

I got a sonic jumper when I was about 4 that I remember wearing immediately after buying it
I also used to 'paint' him, recorded on home video (was 2 blue splodges and a line connecting them) but my very-upperclass-sounding toddler voice said 'it's SONIC! Sonic. Sonic.'
But that was all I had to do with him, didn't play the games, no idea where my love of him came from

I like Sonic a lot I like the old Sonic games and I like playing one of the GC versions too.
I remember reading a comic strip once for Sonic one time too

Sonic was one of the first of my obsessions, that I can remember. I loved him and though the obsession is long over, I still love him just as much!

Sonic the Hedgehog (the Sega Genesis version, ca. 1992: click here) was the first of only two video games that I ever bothered to finish, and the only one that I ever liked (especially the way that you could roll him up and grind through things!).

Darn--I wish I could still play it, but it was my roommate's system and no longer available to me.

The Genesis console was touted by Sega marketing as having "Blast Processing" (an MC68000, haha), but it did kick butt for its time!

I kinda lost interest after the Dreamcast ones. (Sonic Adventure 2)

But I remember the Genesis was my first console and I had all 3 sonic games. I also remember the original TV show. It was pretty good. I'll still pick up and play the 2D ones every once in a while. I don't mind starting from the beginning every time, it's just fun and has a sense of speed that is not really found in most games.

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and live in New Zealand. I also like Sonic, among other stuff:D
I have 5 Sonic games: Sonic the hedgehog(PS3), Sonic Heroes(PS2), Sonic Rush(DS), Sonic Rush Adventure(DS) and Sonic R on the PC. Sonic the Hedgehog is the first PS3 game I ever played, as well as the first Sonic game. I love it but there's a level I'm having trouble with. It's in the only story I need to complete before I get to the final levels, which is sucky and a little embarrassing

You shouldnt be embarrassed, Im sure you will figure it out someday. I love games that are hard for me. Puzzle games are a great challenge.

I just got Sonic Unleashed(PS3) for Christmas
Oh, and just a few days ago I got the Sonic PC Collection
P.S. That included Sonic Adventure DX, which I've wanted for ages

Yeah Sonic is cool

I love the Mega Drive Sonics, and Sonic Adventures 1 and 2, but SA2 is where it began to go downhill.

My favourite character is Knuckles, and my favourite pairing is Knouge (KuncklesxRouge)

My least favourite character is Shadow and my least favourite game is Sonic Unleashed.

Yes i do. I wanted to get mario for my ds but it was really expensive so i got sonic and i love it!
