The average adult has 32 teeth. How many teeth do you have (or should you have, if you are missing some)?

Uh... There's no option to cover me.

I had 31 (one Wisdom tooth never formed). I had my three Wisdom Teeth yanked-out recently, because one had a cavity, and one had no enamel left and would get a cavity soon.

Edit: I just voted "30". Close enough. Maybe the next guy with 31 can vote as a 32.

Interesting. I thought about including all numbers but thought that may make the poll too long, and most people likely have even numbers of teeth. I did not think of counting wisdom teeth since most everyone I know had them pulled at some point.

I actually have one wisdom tooth (the other 3 did not form), but it has never come in.

I have 24 teeth.

I'm not sure now, but altogether I've had 41 adult teeth and spent my adolescence, teens and early twenties having all the extras removed. I should have had my own room at the orthodontist's.

Can you feel them trying to erupt? New abnormalities on that area of the gum over the past couple of years? 21 seems late.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth surgically removed after they came in when I was only 13. If it's true that you're supposed to be pretty wise by the time you get them... :)

The orthodontist told me I had 34 when I was a kid, but I've yet to see the last two.

uhm no, nothing changed in the last few years, but I can slightly perceive the shape of all the 4 wisdom teeth under the gum. But they are not pressing at the moment and are quite in deep. There's still time anyway, in my sister they erupted simultaneously at the age of 27-28

im 33 and i can feel the bottom two and they've broken the gum. The top two are there but under the gum. Just, they're coming through so slowly.

There have been times when ive had the pain as if they're coming though but then it recedes and im only a little bit further along. I think the top two might break the gum if it happens again. The last time they came through a little more was last year.

Too many , I should ask my handsome older dentist, but I fear his response would be inaccurate for the timing of one lost tooth.. and so the riddle plays on. 8O

Including my wisdom teeth, I have 24.

Never really had any problems with mine, so I'm keeping them. :)
