Right-eye dominant. I have a condition called refractive amblyopia in my left eye, which means it is not well wired to the optic nerve, so my brain tends to ignore the blurred images coming from the left eye. Im have hemifacial microsomia, which makes everything on the left side of my face weaker for structural or neurological reasons.

I'm wondering what is the significance of dominant "eyedness"? Apparently I am right-eyed. :?:

My left eye is the dominant one. It's also the closest to having perfect vision.

I couldn't say, but maybe a plus would be in the direction a doctor could examine.

Whenever I do this test, I get different results every time. Apparently I do not have a dominant eye.

Right.
I knew it before even doing the test. My left eye was always weaker and I was always closing it when there was too much light or I had to use a telescope. But the test result still surprised me. The area between my fingers was exactly the same as the one I seen with my right eye while the left one seen a spot moved like 30* to right.

Btw. There is another way to check it (for people who can't close just one eye). You target an item with your index finger of one hand so you can close the eyes using other hand. Your dominant eye will see the item targeted while the weaker eye will see the finger targeting somewhere else.

My left eye.

I kind of suspect that as the couple of times I have fired a gun I notice I put it to my right eye initial as I'm slightly right handed, but after a few shots it has moved to my left eye. Fortunately I have never picked up a gun with a big kick back so I've avoided accidentally smashing my nose.

Right. Found this out at a rifle range several years back.
My mother was left eye dominant. No wonder she could never hit a target when she was growing up.

I'm pretty sure my left-eye is dominant.
