My nocturnal compound mainly consists of having enough of everything to calm me down. so if i'm not watching something possibly interesting at night, I'll save a pre-record for the day instead. Today I had plenty on record to get that storm out of my head.

Music of any kind is also a great healer and also spying on exes nocturnal behaviour, gets me going too. (so much as to the point of erasing a particular subject in mind) and carrying on for a possible eternity without this persons presence so that in life form, I may dazzle them back with my calm witty, and often tactless ways. I don't need reminders of this just reminders of them....

The night is a cradle of the most extreme intense possibly drowning experiences one is likely to have if they don't find care to take necessary precautions during and after a nocturnal recovery.

I bow out now.

Both. I have a 25 hour cycle (18 hours awake, 7 hours asleep), so I wake up an hour later each day.

I tend to want to push on until I'm really tired which can be 3am or 5am. A while ago I sunk a lot of time into Grand Theft Auto all the way to 11am.

I sometimes wonder if i just don't have a normal body clock or whatever. Unfortunately, I have to conform to my class schedule but at least for now I have evening classes.

On average I am nocturnal but I have to force my body to stay up during the day while at college and try to get at least 7 hours of sleep (even though I need at least 8 to 12) at night.

I only get about four hours of sleep per night, regardless of how tired I am. However, I always stay in bed for a full eight hours. Getting eight hours of rest is extremely helpful, even if you don't get any sleep at all.

I get more nocturnal in the summer. I get to bed around 5AM and I'm up around 1PM. (Where my four hours of sleep fit into that timeframe differs.) In the winter, I'm in bed around midnight or 2AM and I'm up around 8AM.

There was a time in which I was almost completely nocturnal, in bed around 8AM and up around 4PM, but I haven't reverted back quite that far yet.

always been a "2nd shift" kind of person - up by the crack of noon, to bed around 3am. worked days for 25yr, and my body never adjusted.
