I'm waiting on Cornell to see if they give me an offer, but now the Federal National Forest Visitors Centers gonna interview me!

I know a lot of info pretaining to both positions!

And grad school is still an option, but the amount they would have to accomidate me is off-putting...

I'm leaning toward Cornell because it's a completely desk job, I could get involved with other projects, employees can take classes/earn a degree for free, and their benefits are extensive... Plus it's less isolated, but theres still parks, etc and plenty of nature...

Ithaca is a decent-sized city. Maybe about the size of Battle Creek.

I think you would enjoy the Cornell environment. There are likely to be a lot of brainy people there.

Not saying the Forest Service job wouldn't also be good. But I think you'd have fewer chances to meet a lot of people. Also, a campus like Cornell's is going to have a wealth of concerts, plays, film groups, and other cultural events.
