In case it matters to anyone . . .
Things I did to get out of my rut:
Worked with three therapists, and one accountant, and one MD.
Started process to get formal Autism Spectrum evaluation with one therapist / PsyD.
Started IOP (Intensive Out-Patient) in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) with another therapist.
Started working once a week with primary therapist (who encouraged me to look into IOP and Autism Spectrum evaluation, and meet with my GP, the MD, and to prioritize with my religious practices).
Was treated for Lyme (diagnosed by blood test) by my MD.
Suffered through COVID-19 (diagnosed by at-home antigen test).
Suffered through a sinus infection.
Came up with a daily structure and committed to one job application a day (which I mostly made).
Made an effort at increasing religious practices and prayer (I'm Catholic).
Started to get contacts via Linkedin from recruiters on relevant jobs.
Made more effort to respond to recruiters on Linkedin.

In case anyone else is in the same boat.
