Been working at home Depot for four years and six months.

December 2020, one homer award. Everyone got one. (Rolls eyes)

Some servants like head Cashier MM, and cashier donita have an entire stack of homers

The bulletin board showed that lot attendant "x" got a homer award. Wtf has that boy done besides put the shopping carts in the wrong corrals, and work in Electrical and Customer service instead of the parking lot? Which boss told him to do that? He is not on "job shadow week". How many leads, credits and measures did that lil boy get?

Tattle tale tom got a homer award for Buddha knows what

Greg in hardware got "safety associate of the month". (Rolls eyes). Greg (unintentionally) knocked over the entire vending machine! Plenty of associates did not knock over the vending machine. Give them awards

Mark got "operations associate of the month". Mark are my granola bar

Meanwhile plenty of associates got bravos and homers for doing things I often do without reward. And they get away with doing things I don't get away with. For example, head cashier DF, sagging jeans.

Home depot servants make me wanna puke!

Cashier Janice keeps getting plenty of homer awards and Servant of the Month. Granted I don't know how many credits, Recoveries, leads and measures she has been accomplishing, but she has had the nerve to verbally snap at a lot of servants, including myself, for every slightest thing. I feel like her bad behavior should have gotten her made redundant a long time ago, but she is "in" with so many reptiles, some of which have termination authority. She's just so annoying

head cashier DF got an award. she's been working there 11 years. when she calls on the walkie talkie, she is so annoying (rolls eyes). she keeps flapping her stupid lil trap until i answer. then when i call, sometimes she doesn't answer. she's just way too stupid. she's doing her best, but her best is not that great.
