Mine would probably be "Sex, Hugs and Speed" or some corny 3 word thing in the same vein as "Sex, Drugs, and Rocknroll".

Actualy I'm in the process of keeping a journal. I write down everything from my thoughts for that day to a mathematical formula I've figured out and might need to know at some point in the future to a new recipee. Some day I will publish it under the title "Random Thoughts"
