I am reaching the end of my rope. Months of fruitless job searching... Negative bank account... having to rely on parents as a grown man. I have even tried to get labor gigs and scrap metals from craigslist..... No luck. Feels like I'm running out of options

Are you willing to relocate? If you are, I've read any number of places that North Dakota is booming. It's not exactly my idea of a great place to live, but if you are as insistent upon being self-supporting as I am, it might be worth it.
