Here I am. Just finished my 2nd degree. Accounting specialist and IT associate. I am fine with going to schools - as long as someone registers me in one (I seem unable to decide on it by myself, I am unaware of schools recruiting and I am afraid of deciding on going to one as it is bound to mess my routine). But once someone tells me "you are officially a student there, your lessons start that day on that time" I do everything whats needed, get almost straight A's and graduate on time, with some paperwork and social problems on the way but nothing that can't be fixed.

But when it comes to looking for a job... I am at lost. It's not like someone can simply register me to a job, right?

I am 27 year old and I never worked - except trainee jobs I did during my school life (my family found the jobs for me, using directions from my schools). I believe I have pretty good qualifications and I am smart so I would be able to do pretty much everything. Except being responsible for phone calls, decision making, working in loud environment and getting multiple verbal directions at a time (I am fine with getting them in writing though). I earned the right to get a trainee job paid by goverment (I "just" need to find a company that wants to train me - they get free labour, I get job experience and money from govermen) and I have a disability level, which allows my employer to get a money return equal to 80% of minimal wage from goverment if they hire me as regular employee. So my future seems bright, right? I just need to find a company willing to hire me for free or for 20% of minimal wage.

But I have no idea how to find a job. The job center in my city doesn't give me any job offers (and when there is one they tell me I don't have the experience) and my family isn't very helpful. A month ago I told mom I would like to try asking a huge internet provider company in neighbor city about the free trainee job (the job center suggested it because the company was looking for some experienced employees at that time so it was possible they would be willing to train someone too). Mom said it's a good idea but done nothing since.

I could also ask the internet provider/computer service/computer shop company I did my school trainee jobs in but I wonder if that would be OK. I don't want to be a burden. There is 0-3 workers in shop at time and which customers randomly visit. You have to pay attention to customers entering the shop and pick up phones, while working in the back office. Field work at customer homes is common too, workers leave and enter the shop at random during the day. You need to figure out whatever the person who just entered is a customer or your coworker and react accurately.
During my school trainee job I was not confident enough to stay there alone - some other worker had to accompany me in shop or take me with him if he was going to a field job, leaving shop closed for the time being.
They were probably not unhappy with me - they never scolded me. The worker taking care of me even praised me to the boss "Dude. She is good. Even I had no idea how to fix this and she somehow made it work." so I guess I was being useful. But I wonder if this is enough since I can't force myself to take care of customers and pick up phones which seems to be a part of every of their workers job. And not like I would ever be able to go to a field job in customer house by myself.

What should I do? How to force myself to leave my routine and go job hunting? How to make myself more confident? How to improve my decision making? How do I find job offers?

It depends on how much assistance you need.

If you are up to going it alone or getting to the state/regional agency then do so.

Most applying is done online now.

You can use such sites as Monster.com, Indeed.com (this is better), DICE.com (for IT jobs), Careerbuilder.com, etc...

Don't fret if you can't get hired within a year in or longer.
This is the new norm for everyone, not just you and me.

You should contact your previous trainee place and the big company in a neighboring city.
You need to contact them yourself.
If they have open positions, you should apply.
You can ask a family member to help you with the application materials, but you must take initiative to apply yourself instead of waiting for a family member to apply for you.
You will have to break out of routine to job hunt, so that is a decision.
You can choose to stay in routine and comfort zone, or you can choose to break out of routine and be uncomfortable.
The second one is a better choice.
