I would like to say how for the 'graduation ceremony' next Monday for a 'graduation ceremony' in an employment program I am in, I am to make a brief speech of sorts as to the experience I had at the placement I was at previously at; it was a call center at which I did not quite improve after the 90 day 'probation/trial' period and fortunately after an amicable and accommodating conversation with the employment counselor I work with, an operations manager and team leader there was an arrangement made that it would be considered a resignation.

To my personal chagrin, I did not turn out to be a 'technocrat golden boy' as I would have liked, not the least b/c of a learning curve and if my lack of favorable experiences was something I expressed throughout, not the least on this website.

There were instances which were pleasant as a my first attempt at a full-time job at 26, I found it be quite a meaningful/significant instant. Aside from 'inverting'/ turning certain things I expressed 'inside out', 'finding the silver lining' or something to that effect, I am not too sure as to what I could say at the speech. I would also like to say how the operations manager and team leader I mentioned before would be there as well.
