Hi guys,

I haven't posted in ages but I just had to share my joy. Things have really turned around for me the last few months. One more thing has fallen into place today in that I got myself a job! After being off sick for so long in my current job I didn't think another employer would touch me. Especially when I dropped the ASD bomb in my interview. I'm ecstatic! Just wanted to share :D

So you told your new employer that you're autistic?

Congrats on the new job, by the way!

Thanks Steve.

Kraftie, yes I did. In my interview I said I have ASD. In my application form I mentioned having a “disability” and talked about the strengths associated with it. Just to make it easier for me to ask for/say I need some support. I’m so happy
