Never saw a list like that.

The notes I saw at my work places were usually jokes ( I was usually the one who put them everywhere ).

i.e "You don't have to be mad to work here , but it helps"

This list should be changed to 10 things that the average person requires zero talent for.

Energy, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, anemia

being on time, obsessive compulsive disorder

Body language, autism

Passion, depression

Attitude, what is a good attitude is subjective. Some lil dipshits told me I have a bad attitude. Just because I have a different perspective, and I imagine the future . And link together unconnected things. They don't understand. Or agree. There are more of them and one of me. Doesn't mean my attitude is bad or wrong

As you have likely guessed number 4 was what caught my eye.

I've only been there one week, so I haven't yet discovered all of the nuances of the company culture, but humor is something that seems to be missing- at least at the upper management level.
Motivational meetings complete with pie charts and absurd 'social bonding activities' are the order of the day.

This type of motivational poster is a pretty common sight at any company large enough to have a dedicated HR dept.
This one just struck me as odd (and possibly discriminatory) as it's the first time that I've seen body language specifically mentioned.

Can anyone explain to me what that list means?
Are they saying they want talented people, and therefore they don't care if you turn up late etc. :?:
Or are they saying that even if you have no talents, you can still achieve all things on the list :?:
As per usual, I'm totally confused

I'm pretty sure it's the ladder instead of the former. They believe everyone is capable of doing everything on the list & needs to. They would prefer talent on top of that but those are the essential requirements.

That's a pretty arrogant list. While technically not requiring talent, there are many reasons why the majority of those can be hard for different groups of people.
