Apparently our current boss has resigned, so that means we will be getting a new boss. I get on edge though, in case the new boss will make new rules and be stricter. Where I work is a rather laid-back environment, and the system works great, with everyone happy.
Admittedly I work evenings, and the boss of my department works the standard 9-5 hours, so I've only ever seldom seen the boss we did have. Hopefully things will just carry on as normal but it's still a bit concerning to think that a new boss might come along and turn a laid-back environment into a nightmare.
