Are people with Aspergers or autism entitled to any kind of disability benefits?

It depends on a lot of different factors, it isn't automatic though. It depends on where you live, and your ability (or lack of it) to be self-supporting.

Are you in the US? If you are, SSI could be a good source for monthly income.

However, if you are looking for work and are in the US, consider contacting VR offices in your state. Your state should have plenty of them.

You'd have to be already certified as disabled to access either of those though. Being on the spectrum may not be enough to qualify someone.
